The Datum Jelatek is an integrated development residing just off the embassy row of Jalan Ampang, located in Jelatek, Kuala Lumpur.
Challenge
The whole project comprised 4 storey of retails malls & 4 towers of 708 units residential units. The highlights of the project is the connection ring bridge located at the Level 27 of the building, providing the spectacular view of the iconic KLCC Petronas Twin Tower. The Datum Jelatek is also a GBI certified building and is designed with good ventilation, promotes natural lighting & also rain harvesting system.
Solution
As part of the PKNS Group, a Selangor state government link developer, Datumcorp is seeking a brand that is certified, tested & approved by SIRIM QAS. As the market leader in Malaysia, majority of the St Guchi products are certified & approved by SIRIM. St Guchi supply digital door lock, mechanical lock, door closer, hardware accessories & master keying system planning. The project is expected to complete by the first Q2 of 2019.
