Challenge
The tower is comprised of multiple programs that complement one another, as well as the surrounding community, including office space, executive zones, trading floors, boutique retail, restaurants, conference centers, heath facilities, and concealed parking that fully supports the project

St Guchi cooperate seamlessly with the clients, consultants & main contractors in delivering & assisting the project to be completed within the timeframe. Among the solutions provided for this project are mechanical lock, door closer, hardware accessories & master key system planning. The project is completed in 2016 and currently occupied by MNC such as HSBC.
