Lockwood 5300 Series Cylindrical Lock sets are designed and manufactured for use in Commercial and Residential buildings. This series is available in variety of finishes and functions. It also features a 13mm throw deadlatching bolt and is constructed for strength, heavy usage and easy installation

  • Specifications

    • Mechanism: Heavy gauge cold rolled steel, zinc plated and dichromated for rust resistance.
    • Material: Roses are forced  brass,  bronze or stainless steel, installed over pressed steel mounting plates. Knobs are pressed brass, bronze or stainless steel secured by steel knob retainers which cannot be depressed when the lock has been locked.
    • Handing: Completely reversible
    • Door Thickness: 35 mm to 45 mm fo rtimber or metal door installation. Locks to suit 52 mm to 60 mm available on application
    • Backset: 60 mm standard. 70 mm and 90 mm optional. Backset link available for 127 mm backsets
    • Latch Bolt 13mm throw. Self adjusting faceplate to suit bevelled or flat edged doors. 
    • 57 mm x 28.50 mm faceplate with 70 mm backset. 57 mm x 25.4 mm faceplate with 60 mm backset
    • Strike:70 mm x 28 mm with curved lip and box.
    • Cylinder: 6 pin tumbler mechanism
    • Standard Keying: Supplied individually keyed in lockwood (4 keyway with 3 keys per lock.
    • Special Keying: Can be keyed alike, master keyed, grand master keyed, or constructuon keyed in Lockwood high security Generation Six®keyway  system.
    • Security: All 5300 series cylindrical locksets conform with level 52 (Physical Security)Australian Lock Standard (Standard No. AS4145.2-1993)
    • Durability: All 5300 series cylindrical locksets conform with level D3 (Durability) Australian Lock Standard (Standard No. AS4145.2-1993).
    • Fire Rated Approved for 2 hour rating on fire door assemblies in Accorcance with Australia Standard AS1905, Part 1 Fire Resistant Doorsets. Singapore Standard, 55332:1988 specification for fire doors
