Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands...
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will have the opportunity to work on a team of bright individuals dedicated to delivering a wide range of comprehensive security products to our customers.
What you will do…
- Answer all incoming phone calls, prioritize customer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate teams
- Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed by the relevant departments.
- Serve as the customer service champion for PTI
- Welcome all office visitors, clients, and attendees for company events
- Oversee and maintain the organization of the front desk area
- Collect, sort, and distribute all mail, packages, and front-office deliveries
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Assist various departments, including Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and R&D when necessary
- Conduct occasional office tours
- Support the planning and execution of office events and functions as required

- Highly organized professional adept at multitasking
- Strong interpersonal skills that ensure visitors and customers receive a warm welcome and leave with a positive first impression.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability in all tasks, consistently delivering results on time.
- Effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, across various platforms including phone, email, and formal correspondence.
- Capable of collaborating successfully with all team members across different departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
