Industrial Engineer

4Front is looking for an Industrial Engineer at our state of the art facility in Kenosha, WI.
This is an onsite position. If you are not local to Kenosha, please let us know why you are interested in relocating.
What you will be doing
Maintain and continuously improve our high performance door lines, while formulating efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials and information.
- Management of drawings, BOMs, engineering and quality of product lines
- Coordinate and direct manufacturing updates
- Analyzing product specs and performance requirements to recommend design changes
- Provide technical info concerning manufacturing techniques, materials, and process advantages and limitations
- Prepare updates to product or system layout and detailed schematics
- Compile and analyze, test and research data to establish performance standards for improved design or modified equipment or product
What we are looking for
- Associates’ or Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Working knowledge of CAD software, Inventor preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team attitude
