What you would do as our Senior Collaboration Engineer – Collaboration Services
As a Senior Collaboration Engineer, you will work with roadmaps, demands, baselines, processes, and support tickets related to Microsoft 365 in a complex global environment. You will play a key role in optimizing and supporting collaboration services, ensuring seamless communication across our worldwide teams. You are consistent and decisive, with the ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
You would also:
- Align with Service Delivery Managers to enhance collaboration services.
- Facilitate training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools upon request.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 news and service roadmaps.
- Create and improve processes and documentation with the team.
- Manage daily operations and resolve issues and mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing.
The skills and experience you need:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has practical experience and strong understanding of collaborative services and applications in Microsoft 365, including foundational knowledge of related services.
- Has experience and understanding of ITIL methodology and operations.
- Has experience in facilitating trainings.
- Is fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Is familiar with Microsoft Teams Telephony and Microsoft Copilot which are a strong plus.

Highly organized and service-minded, you excel at managing priorities and taking ownership of your work while thriving in a dynamic, global environment. Collaboration comes naturally to you—you actively contribute to a positive team culture, share knowledge, and support colleagues. With experience in designing and delivering training sessions and workshops, you also possess excellent communication and mentoring skills, enabling you to guide and inspire others effectively.
