What you would do as our Supplier Developer
You would play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of supplier quality. You would independently manage tasks and projects related to the development of supplier quality and processes, and lead supplier quality audits. Your expertise will be vital in driving continuous improvement and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
You would also:
• Act as a quality expert in product development projects, focusing on supplier quality.
• Plan, implement, maintain, and develop metrics and reports related to supplier quality.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues, in collaboration with strategic procurement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve quality and customer satisfaction and promote awareness of quality issues.
• Lead the resolution and prevention of supplier quality problems as a quality expert.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Several years of demonstrated working experience in Supplier Development or as an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer, or a similar role.
• An excellent understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Fluency in both English and Finnish.
• Availability to travel internationally for approximately 30 days per year.
• Familiarity with PPAP, Lean Six Sigma, and associated tools.
