Representative - Customer Service
A Customer Service Rep./ Order Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment and educating the customer so that they can make an informed purchase. The CS Representative/ Order Entry Specialist will develop and maintain a solid product knowledge and negotiate pricing and delivery requirements that meet the customer’s expectations and production’s capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Taking/entering orders (high level of data entry)
- Educating customers about product and web site
- Answering customer questions
- Recommending products
- Expediting customer orders
- Negotiating ship dates
- Tracking shipments
- Pricing items
- Solving customer issues
Job Requirements:
- Genuinely positive and enthusiastic
- Taking Pride in Personal Performance
- Ability to speak with customers over the phone & product orders
- Great Communications or Marketing skills is always a plus
- Experience in customer service a plus; order entry; data entry
- Data entry skills (ability to type 60-70 wpm); accuracy is very key
- Strong Proficiency in keyboarding and internet navigation
- Literate in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Strong work ethic and efficient at tasks
- Consistent attendance a must
