The Program Manager will be an integral piece of the team and will report directly to the Sr. Director. This position will work closely with area leaders at all levels of the organization and their teams applying process and system level knowledge to insure Data Integrity. A tenacious customer centric approach is essential in the success of this role.

As our Data Governance Program Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
• Cultivating trusted advisor relationships across the organization including engineering, finance, human resources, sales, marketing, and operations through demonstrated expertise and customer aligned results.
• Facilitating teams through evaluation of Data Quality and consistency, help develop improvement strategies and guide execution thru governance processes.
• Identifying of large and small improvement opportunities and facilitation of continuous improvement methodology to closure
• Guiding teams through proper project management structure and integrate agile methodology when possible
• Helping standardizes training material, but deliver audience aligned messaging to employees on Data Governance
• Structuring and scoping complex problems, applying a range of analytical tools, gaining, and synthesizing insights and help develop solutions
• Improving data governance processes
• Utilizing change management principles to ensure sustainability and desired cultural evolution
• Leading/Assisting the development of process and training documentation
Your Experience and Background include:
• Undergraduate degree required; science/engineering preferred
• Agile PLM and Oracle EBS knowledge preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Application/Data Governance
• Experience in facilitation and coaching of cross functional teams
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated application of data governance principles
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, interviewing and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence all levels of the organization.
• A proven track record of delivering tangible cost savings and/or process improvements that create a better customer experience
