OnBase Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled OnBase Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Hyland’s OnBase and Brainware applications, including their integration with SAP. This role involves managing and optimizing processes related to the processing and approval of vendor invoices and other OnBase functionalities. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting, configuration, and support while ensuring efficient workflow automation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
OnBase and Brainware Expertise
- Configure, maintain, and optimize OnBase and Brainware applications to support business processes.
- Develop and enhance workflows for processing and approval of vendor invoices.
- Ensure seamless integration of OnBase and Brainware with SAP, supporting invoice and document management functionalities.
System Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide level 2/3 support for OnBase and Brainware applications, addressing issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot integration issues between OnBase, Brainware, and SAP.
- Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain optimal functionality.
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve invoice processing and approval workflows.
- Lead initiatives to enhance document management systems to align with business requirements.
Training and Documentation
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on OnBase, Brainware functionalities, and integrated SAP processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
Shifting Schedule and On-Call Support
- Work in a rotational shift schedule to ensure system availability across time zones.
- Participate in a weekend on-call structure to provide timely support for critical issues.
Education and Experience Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with Hyland OnBase and Brainware applications.
- Strong understanding of integration with SAP for invoice processing and approval workflows.
- Familiarity with document management systems and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and optimizing integrations between ERP and document management systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
- On-call support flexibility in the event of a P1 or P2 severity issue
- Experience in a global organization or supporting global teams is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Hyland’s OnBase or Brainware.
- Knowledge of SAP Finance and Vendor Management modules.
- Experience with other document capture and management tools.

Work Environment:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Pay Range: $136,217-$170,271.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
